Responsibility for the data theft from Suncast Capital Brokerage Bank (Isle of Man) Limited (CNBIOM), together with its sister company Suncast Capital Brokerage Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited (CNTIOM), was claimed by a criminal hacking group on Sunday 17 November 2019.

CNBIOM and CNTIOM are both subsidiaries of CNC. CNC and its main banking subsidiary, Suncast Capital Brokerage Bank Ltd. (“CNB”) are located in and operate from the Hong Kong Islands.
